How It Should Be

As an introvert, having a solid daily routine is essential. The unique talents you possess deserve to be showcased to the world. I’m sharing my personal routine to give you an idea of how an introvert’s day can be structured.

Waking Up at 5 AM
My day starts at 5 AM when most people are still asleep. Waking up early gives you a head start and sets a positive tone for the day. If you aspire to be successful, develop the habit of rising early, as most successful people do.

Morning Exercise
After waking up, I freshen up and complete my religious practices. I consume nutritious foods like nuts, dates, and honey, along with two glasses of lukewarm water. Then, I head out for physical exercise, walking and engaging in activities for an hour. The fresh morning air invigorates me. Returning home, I freshen up again and have breakfast.

You can do the same. Exercising in the morning will give you energy throughout the day, allowing you to work tirelessly.

Planning the Day’s Tasks
At 8 AM, I start my work. I review the day’s tasks and jot down what skills I want to develop. You can do this too by listing what you plan to learn or accomplish. Keep your plan visible on your desk to stay focused.

Midday Break
I work continuously from 8 AM to 1 PM, taking brief breaks. At 1 PM, I have lunch and rest for an hour. This break helps me maintain a good mood for the rest of the day. I recommend taking a short rest after lunch daily.

Afternoon Work Session
At 2:30 PM, I resume work without breaks until 5 PM.

Evening Relaxation
At 5 PM, I finish my tasks and either go out for a walk or meet friends. I chat with them and discuss various topics. Sometimes, I enjoy wandering alone and admiring nature.

Dinner and Leisure
I finish dinner by 8 PM and work until 10 PM. During this time, I occasionally indulge in some entertainment, like reading a favorite book, watching TV, following the news, or using social media. However, I do so in moderation.

Going to Bed Early
I ensure I go to bed by 10 PM, never staying up late. I sleep for seven hours straight, aiming for quality rest. Studies suggest that a healthy adult should sleep at least six hours. The ideal bedtime is around 9:30 to 10 PM to wake up early feeling refreshed.

This routine is a glimpse into my personal life. Create a routine that suits you and stick to it. Living by a routine can significantly improve your life and help you achieve success.
